What’s the Hype?

I believe the individuals, brands and properties that collectively make up the sports industry wield a tremendous power to create positive social impact on a global scale.  The posts on this blog capture my opinions and musings about current events, discussion topics and themes surrounding social impact and community engagement in the sports industry.  I believe today’s athletes, teams, leagues, corporations and brands can make a difference in the world, and this blog is only part of my efforts to further their ability to do so.
